2. How to Request a Refund
Email support@oriondigital.site with your order ID and the email address used at purchase. No justification is required, though feedback is always appreciated.
3. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within up to 5 business days. Depending on your payment method and bank, the amount may take additional days to appear on your statement.
4. Fully Consumed Products
Products that have been fully consumed within the first 7 days of purchase may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis before a refund is issued. This helps us protect the integrity of our content while remaining fair to genuine customers.
5. Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, we encourage you to contact our support team first. Most issues are resolved within one business day, and a direct refund is almost always faster than a bank dispute.
