3. Restrictions

You may not resell, redistribute, share, publish, or otherwise make available any content obtained through our platform, in whole or in part, in any medium. Unauthorized distribution constitutes a violation of these terms and applicable copyright law.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including unauthorized sharing or redistribution of content. Where feasible, we will notify you before termination and give you an opportunity to remedy the violation.

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our products shall be resolved under Brazilian jurisdiction.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice via email or a prominent notice on our site. Continued use of our products after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
